Hot air makes air pressure decrease and vice versa
If the temperature is lower, the air pressure will increase.
If it is warmer = air will tend to rise = rising air expands and cools (cooler air does not hold as much water) and then water condenses and forms clouds and possibly rain.
Thus low pressure may = rain.
